Isolde Kanikani
Chief Partnership Builder
At heart I am an entrepreneur, investigator and developer of new innovative solutions that help people be successful. With a deep passion for innovation and a sharp instinct for what’s next, I have founded and led two businesses, been a key part in driving best practice, capability development and innovation in others.
I am fascinated by the interplay between organisational structure and people. This has been taken into a deeper mission to build change capability on the organisational level, while democratising this capability for each individual within the organisation. My work explores the intersection of technology and organisational change, recognizing how digital advancements have shifted organisation wide capability and maturity from theory to an attainable practice.
When Izak came to me with the concept of Vinchi, it was clearly a way for me to bring this work to the new dimension of AI and a way to make it intrinsically practical. The capability of Vinchi is elegant and directly applicable to all sizes of organisation, and I look forward to translating this capability into value for our customers and partners.

In early 2024, while pursuing my MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, I started exploring a capstone project focused on organizational development, an area I’m deeply passionate about. Although the project wasn’t due until 2025, I couldn’t wait and powered through to completion coming out with an already tangible prototype.
Through research and discussions, I quickly realized that many businesses focus heavily on change management and transformation, overlooking the foundational layer of organizational development. This gap, combined with the potential of AI to drive smarter, more adaptable workflows, sparked the idea for Vinchi. What started as an academic project evolved into a business one aimed at helping organizations build their capabilities from the ground. Not just managing change, but driving true development that builds scalable foundations for years to come.

I design intuitive dashboards, automate data flows, and build solutions that make complex information clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals.
My passion lies in making data meaningful. Whether it’s uncovering trends, improving reporting, or enabling smarter decisions, I bridge the gap between raw data and real-world impact.
As a trainer and collaborator, I also equip teams with the skills to explore their own data confidently—transforming analytics from a backend function into a daily advantage.
